I seriously don't know where the time has went, but July seems to have fle in! However, on the plus side, here's a few bits and pieces that I've shown a lot of love to this month.
Marc Jacobs Honey Perfume
With so many new releases from Marc Jacobs at the minute, it has rekindled my love for 'Honey', which was released around this time last year. It's one of my all time favourite perfumes and one I wear regularly, however I've been wearing it constantly all month. It's floral, yet fruity as it contains orange blossom, peach nectar, apricot, honeysuckle and honey. Perfection.
Lee Stafford Beach Babe Sea Salt Spray
I've been stepping away from the hairdryer and straighteners for the majority of this month, mainly because it's been far too warm and the very thought of putting any more heat near me made me want to melt. So I've just been washing my hair, spritzing this throughout my hair, scrunching it up and leaving it to naturally. This is excellent to add a bit of texture and hold to your hair and it's improved if you plait/braid your hair and leave it to dry as it leaves you with natural, heat free, soft waves.
Sleek Face Form (Fair)
I bought this a while ago during a Boots Haul and I only used it a few times and kind of forgot about it. Then, the Urban Decay Flushed Palette was released and I instantly thought "Dupe!". The Sleek palette contains a blusher, highlighter and contour (which can also be used as a bronzer and eyeshadow base) and every single one is such good quality considering the palette is only £9.99. My favourite from the palette is the blusher, a pretty pink/rose gold shade. However, I still have the Urban Decay palette on my wishlist, always the way, eh?
L'Oreal Color Riche Mono Eyeshadows
Yet another product that has been constantly in use this month are these little gems. I did a post on these at the start of the month (here) and I've been using them like no end, I just can't fault them at all. I have the shades '201 - Cafe Saint Germain', '205 - Sable Lame' and '204 - Golden Nude', yet I've been creeping on some more that I've had my eye on.
The Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector
This little tube of magic has been a lifesaver for me this month. I don't know why, but my hands needed an extra special boost of moisture for the majority of this month and this has been my top choice out of all the lotions and potions I have for my hands. I did a post recently if you want to read a more detailed review (here), but all you need to know is that it's good stuff and gets two massive thumbs up from me.
Here's some other things I've been loving throughout July...
Skullcandy Uprock Headphones
I recently went on a day trip to Scotland to visit the M&D's theme park with a few of my friends. It was a two hour boat journey, then a two hour bus journey to the theme park. Of course, luck always being on my side, my lovely dog decided to chew my earphones the night before, yay. They have a decent shop on the boat and a wide selection of earphones and headphones, my luck was soon improved because they had these ones that I've been eying up for a while! I'm not going to bore you all with the nerdy details (guilty of being a technology and gadgets nerd), all you need to know is that they are some pretty swish headphones, they kept me entertained for the boat and bus journey on the way there and back and they even fit my pea head!
Primark Polka Dot Satchel
I spotted this little satchel on a recent dash to Primark and snapped it up straight away as it was the last one. I didn't know whether I'd get much use out of it because it's considerably smaller than the bags I usually go for, but it's surprisingly roomy and goes with a lot more outfits than I thought it would. Best of all, it was only £6!
I love Reece's peanut butter cups, but they can be a little sickening at times, however, I can't ever imagine Reece's Pieces ever becoming sickening. Teeny tiny pieces of peanut butter and milk chocolate in a crunchy shell. Droooool. I wouldn't even like to think how many bags of these I've eaten this month.
What do you think of my July favourites? Do you have any favourites? Let me know in the comments!
